该文在介绍了长尾理论的基础上,指出了县域中小型零售企业经营中存在的问题,并从"进行差异化的市场定位"、"在产品特色化下发展自有品牌"、"创新人力资源的开发"、"开拓网上销售渠道"、"适时开展促销活动"和"提升购物环境和服务"等方面提出了县域中小型零售企业经营对策。

On the basis of the long tail theory,this paper points out the problems existing in the county commercialretail enterprise management status. And finally gives a differentiated market positioning,product characteristics inthe development of its own brand,innovation and human resources development,pioneering online sales channels,the innovation and development of the automatic price promotion and enhance the shopping environment and ser-vice,etc.
