摘 要：
随着城市横向扩张和纵向深入发展,征地拆迁现象引发农民搬迁安置问题,推动城镇化高质量发展关键在于提升农民安置生活满意度。根据前人研究和结合肇庆新区建设实际情况,构建农民安置生活满意度评价体系,运用层次分析法得出各层指标权重,采用模糊综合评价法进行评价。研究发现:农民对安置生活满意度总体评价值为3.080,满意度水平为一般;其中对居住环境和公共服务表示比较满意,对销售服务满意度水平一般,而对社会保障满意度评价值为2.695低于一般水平。因此,有待进一步整体提升农民安置生活满意度,并提出发挥农民参与社区建设的主体作用;完善多元化社会保障体系和加大房产商监管力度的建议。

摘 要：
With the horizontal expansion and vertical development of China's cities, the phenomenon of land acquisition and demolition has triggered the resettlement of rural resdents. The key to promoting the high-quality development of urbanization is to improve the satisfaction of rural resdents' resettlement life.According to the research foundation of the predecessors and the actual situation of the construction of Zhaoqing New District, the evaluation system of rural resdents' resettlement life satisfaction is constructed. The weights of each level index are obtained by using the analytic hierarchy process, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used for evaluation.The study found,the overall evaluation value of rural resdents' satisfaction with resettlement life is 3.080, and the level of satisfaction is general; among them, they are satisfied with the living environment and public service,the satisfaction level of sales service is general, and the evaluation value of social security satisfaction is 2.695 Level.Therefore, it is necessary to further improve the overall satisfaction of rural resdents' resettlement life, and propose the main role of rural resdents to participate in community construction;improve the diversified social security system and increase the supervision of real estate developers.
