摘 要：
This paper has investigated the collection structure,service quality,investigation of readers and book lending in the foreign language reading-room in order to judge the satisfaction ratio.It has also analyzed the reading trends and demanding psychology of readers,found out the existing problems and put forward appropriate measures.
