饲料微生物发酵床养猪场设计与应用

摘  要:
研究设计了一种新型的饲料微生物发酵床,以200m~2的饲料微生物发酵床猪舍为例,猪舍的长20m,宽10m,高4.5m,垫料深度50cm。发酵床饲料垫料管理包括保持垫料一定的湿度(45%)和通气量(经常性翻耕),一般每3d将饲料发酵床表面垫料翻耙1次,猪的日常翻拱也有助于垫料的疏松。饲料发酵床饲养密度为每平方米4头小猪(20kg以下),2头中猪(20~50kg),1头大猪(50~100kg)。由于猪粪排泄不均匀,而猪翻拱仅可分散一部分猪粪,发酵床发酵饲料的管理还需人工处理,将集中的猪粪均匀地分散在垫料中。发酵床垫料中的发酵饲料可以提供猪所需饲料的30%,其他70%饲料可以通过添加常规饲料来补充,饲料可以直接撒在发酵床上供猪取食。以200 m~2饲料发酵床养殖实例,30d内,猪的平均初重36.4kg,末重为59.5kg,料肉比达2.7∶1,均匀度良好,无死亡。发病率为5%,主要表现为发烧,精神沉郁,食欲低下,经治疗均康复或自然康复。本试验取得的经验为饲料发酵床的进一步研究、推广提供了基础。

摘  要:
In this study,a new fermentation bed piggery was designed.In a 200 m~2 piggery,the length,width,height,and the bed depth were 20,10,4.5and 0.5m,respectively.As for management of feed fermentation bed,it is important to keep an appropriate humidity(45%)and ventilation(regular plowing)for the litters and piggery.Generally,it is necessary to plow the surface litters one time per three days,and pig's daily rootling behaviors can also help to loosen the litters.The proper feeding density in the piggery is four piglets(20kg),two medium-sized pigs(20~50kg),or one large-sized pig(50~100kg)per square meter.Since the pig manures are unevenly excreted and pig's daily rootling can disperse only small part of the manures,manual handling is needed for the fermentation bed management to disperse uniformly the concentrative manures into the litters.The fermented feed in the feed fermentation bed litters can provide 30% of pig feeds,the other 70% of the required feeds can be supplemented by addition of the conventional feeds,which can be directly dispersed on the surface of the fermentation bed.Farming on a 200m~2 feed fermentation bed for 30 days,the average weight of pigs increased from 36.4kg to 59.5kg and the feed conversion ratio was 2.7:1,with good uniformity and no death.The incidence rate was 5%.The main symptoms of the sick pigs were fever,depression,and poor appetite,and they could be recovered by treatment or naturally recovered.In conclusion,the feed-fermentation-bed piggery for pig raising system can achieve not only the full recycling utilization of resources,but also the healthy growth of the pigs with non-odor,zero-release and no cleaning up.Our work will provide a basis for further research,popularization and application of the feed fermentation bed.
