立筒仓新型气密材料及气密技术的研究

摘  要:
分别采用丙烯酸涂料、环氧树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂 3种材料对立筒仓进行气密处理 ,经现场实仓和室内模拟系统试验对比分析后认为 ,与其它 2种材料相比 ,环氧树脂密封材料气密效果好、施工难度低 ,环氧树脂密封材料达到的气密效果压力从2 50 0Pa衰减至 2 0 0 0Pa的时间为 32分钟 ,达到该气密指标的立筒仓 ,可有效地进行熏蒸杀虫、灭疫、气控储粮 ,既可以通风又可节省药剂 ,缩短处理时间

摘  要:
Acrylic acid paint,epoxi resin,non saturation polyester resin were used to seal silo.Comparision of field test with indoor simulated test and analysis indicated that sealing effect and operation of epoxi resin was better than that of other materials.It takes 32 minutes for pressure decay from 2500 to 2000Pa.The silo sealed treatment can be used for fumigation storage,CA storage,ventilation and reduce dose and treatment period.
