桂西岩溶山区野生葡萄资源与繁殖技术

摘 要：
调查发现桂西岩溶山区野生葡萄资源种类有毛葡萄、刺葡萄、小果野葡萄和葛藟等4 种及变种1 个。选出综合性状优良的 “古山2 号”和 “中旧5 号”两个毛葡萄单株。野生葡萄扦插宜在3 月下旬气温回暖稳定后进行,用IBA200～400m g/L处理枝条120 分钟, 扦插成活率达67.5% ～75.0% 。毛葡萄茎段腋芽离体组织培养, 以BA1.0～2.0m g/L配比对继代和生根培养效果最好。

摘 要：
The wild grape resources were investigated in limestone mountain areas of west Guangxi and varieties V itis quinquangularis Rehd., Vitis davidii Foex, Vitis balanseana Planch, Vitis flexuosa Thunb were found.Two variants ‘Gushan 2' and ‘Zhongjiu 5' with fine comprehensive characters were selected.The wild grape fitted to be treated with IBA 200 400mg/L vine cutting for 120 minute in the last ten days of March.The survival rates of cutting were 67 5% 75 0%.When 1 0 2 0mg/L of BA was used for the culturing of auxiliary buds of V.quinquangularis rehd.,there would be the best effect on root induction.
