黑龙江省边境县（市）人口流动意愿研究——基于18个边境县（市）调查

摘要：

随着"一带一路"倡议的推进,边境县人口迁移、流动规模、流向及模式将对人口结构的改变产生深刻影响。黑龙江省边境县(市)具有特殊的地理区位,独特的民族文化、复杂的社会经济形态,该地区的人口流动对地区经济尤为重要。本文通过对黑龙江省边境县(市)进行实地调查,基于黑龙江省边境县(市)的问卷调查,对人口流动意愿进行分析,并在此基础上提出了加大人力资本投资、改善居住状况、完善社会保障体系、加强相关政策支持、留住本地人口并吸引人才回流等相关解决措施。

摘要：

With the promotion of "One Belt And One Road" initiative, population migration, flow scale,flow direction and pattern of border counties will have a profound impact on the change of population structure. Border counties(cities) in heilongjiang province have special geographical location, unique na.tional culture and complex social and economic forms, so the population flow in this region is particular.ly important to the regional economy. This article through to the heilongjiang province yichun(city) field investigation, and based on the heilongjiang province yichun(city) questionnaire, analyze the migration intend, and based on this put forward to increase human capital investment, improve living conditions,perfecting the social security system, strengthen the policy support, to keep the local population and at.tract talents backflow and related solutions.
