热解条件对农作物秸秆炭性能的影响

摘  要:
该文通过对棉秆炭、稻草炭、玉米秆炭的含碳量、比表面积、热值的测定与分析,研究了热解条件与秸秆炭性能之间的相互关系,进而为秸秆炭的开发利用提供理论依据。在热解终点温度分别为450、600、750℃,平均升温速率为150℃/h,升至终点温度的保温时间为1 h的热解条件下获得上述秸秆炭。结果表明:在试验选定的热解条件下,棉秆炭、稻草炭、玉米秆炭含碳量的平均值分别为78.14%、60.01%、69.91%;比表面积的平均值分别为219、1191、73 m2/g;热值的平均值分别为31 471.552、6 490.282、2 816.82 J/g。

摘  要:
This study investigated the relationship between pyrolysis conditions and performance of crop stalk carbon by measuring and analyzing the carbon content,specific surface area and thermal value of carbon made from three kinds of crop stalks,ie,cotton stalk,straw stalk and corn stalk.The temperatures at the final pyrolysis point of the above stalk carbon were 450,600 and 750℃ with an average rate of warming up 150℃?h and the holding time 1 h.The results showed that,under given pyrolysis conditions,the average carbon contents of the cotton stalk carbon,straw stalk carbon and corn stalk carbon were 78.14%,60.01% and 69.91%,the average specific surface areas were 219,119 and 173?m~2?g,and the average thermal values were 31?471.55,26?490.28 and 22?816.82?J?g, respectively.
