硬粒温光敏核不育小麦DT94-1的发现及育性转换研究

摘  要:
在低温短光照条件下 ,筛选发现了硬粒温光敏显性核不育小麦DT94 - 1。研究证实该材料雌雄蕊生物学下限光日照为 6h ,温度为 8℃ ;雄蕊育性临界转换光日照为 8h ,温度为 14℃ ;雄蕊育性完全恢复的生物学上限光日照为 12h ,温度为 16℃。最理想的雄性不育诱导温度和处理时间为药隔期 13~ 12℃连续 3d处理

摘  要:
The dominant Nuclear sterile durum wheat DT94-1 was discovered by screening materials under the condition of lower temperature and short illumination. It is proved that 6 hours of day time and 8℃ are the low biological limits for stamen and pistil development of the material. The critical condition for conversion of stamen fertility are 8 hours of day time and 14℃. 12 hours of day time and 16℃ are the upper biological limits for complete recovery of stamen fertility. The optimum temperature and treatment duration to induce male sterile are 13~12℃ for successive 3 days during anther slit separated stage.
