胜红蓟对三氯杀螨醇的富集及其修复潜力研究

摘  要:
采用盆栽试验方法,研究了胜红蓟根、茎叶对三氯杀螨醇的富集及对土壤中三氯杀螨醇降解的影响。结果表明,施药量为250mg·kg-1时,在土壤灭菌和未灭菌两处理中,胜红蓟茎叶中三氯杀螨醇含量均随时间延长而降低,在灭菌土壤中含量下降幅度更大,由10d时的4334μg·kg-1下降到30d时的1556μg·kg-1。三氯杀螨醇在胜红蓟根中的含量变化与茎叶中不同,土壤无灭菌处理,根中的三氯杀螨醇含量明显高于灭菌处理,由10d时的5442μg·kg-1增加到30d时的8039μg·kg-1,而在灭菌处理的根中含量变化不大。施药量对胜红蓟茎叶富集三氯杀螨醇影响不大,但其根对三氯杀螨醇的富集量与施药量有一定的相关性。土壤经灭菌处理后,施药浓度为250、333、500mg·kg-1时,有种植和无种植胜红蓟土壤中三氯杀螨醇的半衰期不同,分别为11.32、12.80、13.08d和21.40、21.37、23.25d;土壤未灭菌条件下,有种植和无种植胜红蓟土壤中三氯杀螨醇的半衰期分别为10.72、11.71、12.07d和16.89、17.33、16.17d。研究结果表明,实验室条件下,胜红蓟能够累积三氯杀螨醇,对三氯杀螨醇污染的土壤具有修复潜力,且土壤微生物影响胜红蓟对三氯杀螨醇的富集。

摘  要:
Uptake and potential remediation of dicofol in soil by Ageratum conyzoides were studied. At the concentration of 250 mg·kg-1,the dicofol content in aerial tissues of A. conyzoide decreased in both sterilization and free treatment. The dicofol in aerial tissues under sterilization treatment varied from 4 334 μg·kg-1 in 10 d to 1 556 μg·kg-1 in 30 d. Contrasted with the changes of dicofol in aerial tissues in A. conyzoides,the roots growing in free soil contained much higher dicofol than those in sterilized soil. And the dicofol in roots increased from 5 442 μg·kg-1 in 10 d to 8 039 μg·kg-1 in 30 d in free treatment. The concentrations of dicofol in the soil did not obviously affect its accumulation in aerial tissues of A. conyzoide,while its accumulation in roots showed some relationship with the concentrations of dicofol applied to soil. Under sterilization treatment,the half-lives of dicofol in soil planted A. conyzoides were respectively 11.32,12.80,13.08 d,but they were 21.40,21.37,23.25 d without A. conyzoides when the concentrations used were 250,333,500 mg·kg-1. When the soil was not sterilized,the half-lives of dicofol in soil planted A. conyzoides were 10.72,11.71,12.07 d,but they were 16.89,17.33,16.17 d without A. conyzoides when the concentrations used were 250,333,500 mg·kg-1,respectively. In general,A. conyzoides can accumulate the dicofol from soil and showed the remediation potential for dicofol residues in soil. Meanwhile,the microorganism in soil can affect the accumulation of dicofol by A. conyzoides.
