低磷日粮中不同耐高温植酸酶添加量对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响

摘  要:
本试验旨在探讨低磷日粮中不同耐高温植酸酶添加量对断奶仔猪的生长性能的影响。试验选取21日龄健康的初重相近的杜×长×大三元杂交断奶仔猪150头,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头猪。正对照组饲喂基础饲粮,负对照组饲喂低磷饲粮(有效磷降低0.1%),试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别在低磷饲粮上添加50、200、400g/t的耐高温植酸酶,试验期为23 d。结果显示:(1)试验Ⅰ组的末重和饲料转化效率显著高于负对照组(P<0.05);且较正对照组分别提高了6.43%和5.19%,改善效果优于正对照组(P>0.05)。试验Ⅰ组的平均日增重显著高于两个对照组(P<0.05),平均日采食量显著高于正对照组(P<0.05),与负对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。(2)试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的末增重和平均日增重较正、负对照组有一定程度的改善,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此可见,在低磷饲粮基础上添加一定量的耐高温植酸酶能够促进乳仔猪末增重、平均日增重及饲料转化率等生产性能的提高;当植酸酶添加水平为50 g/t时,对仔猪的促进效果尤为显著,优于基础饲粮组。

摘  要:
This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of heat-resistant phytase on growth performance of weaned piglets fed with low phosphorus. A total of 150 healthy 21 days old croossbred piglets(Duroc×Landrace×Large) with a similar initial body weight were randomly divided into 5 groups with 3 replicates per group and 10 piglets per replicate. The piglets in positive control group were fed with the basal diet, while the negative control group was fed with low-P diet. Those experimental groups(GroupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ)were fed the low-P diet supplemented with 50,200 and 400 g/t Heat-Resistant Phytase, respectively. The experiment lasted for 23 days. The results showed as follows: 1) The final body weight and feed conversion efficiency in groupⅠwere significantly higher than those in negative control group(P<0.05), as well as improved 6.43% and5.19% respectively when compared to positive control group(P>0.05). Compared with the two control groups, there was a significant difference in ADG of groupⅠ(P<0.05).ADFI of groupⅠwas higher significantly than positive control group(P<0.05), which can be comparable to negative control group(P>0.05). 2) To a certain extent,the final body weight and ADG of groupsⅡ,Ⅲ were higher than the two control groups,but no significant difference could be find(P>0.05). In conclusion,supplementation of heat-resistant phytase in corn-soybean meal low-P diet can improve the growth performance of piglets by increasing the ADG, final body weight and feed conversion efficiency.When the level of phytase was 50 g/t, the promotion effect of the piglet was remarkable, which was better than the positive control group.
