黑龙江省不同大豆品种中棉籽糖与总糖含量的相关关系

摘  要:
通过测定黑龙江地区18个品种的大豆中总糖及棉籽糖含量,建立大豆中总糖含量与棉籽糖含量的关系,为大豆中棉籽糖的含量测定提供简便方法,为优质品种大豆的育种和选择不同用途的大豆专用品种提供依据。结果表明,18个品种中棉籽糖的平均含量为7.847mg.g-1,含量最高的品种是东农361(19.7mg.g-1);总糖平均含量为30.645mg.g-1,含量最高的是东农48(44.766mg.g-1),并得出大豆总糖含量和棉籽糖含量相关性方程。

摘  要:
This experiment with 18 different variety soybeans determinated total sugar and raffinose content, and analyzed the soybean raffinose content and total sugar relations. The results showed that the average content of raffinose was 7.847 mg·g-1, the highest raffinose content was Dongnong361 which had achieved 19.7 mg·g-1; the average content of total sugar was 30.645 mg·g-1, the highest total sugar was Dongnong48 which had achieved 44.766 mg·g-1. The relative equation of total sugar and raffinose was obtained.
