市售土榨花生油黄曲霉毒素监测结果及监管建议

摘 要：
土榨花生油因其"纯天然"和"原生态"的特点,深受消费者的青睐。对110批次市售土榨花生油的黄曲霉毒素进行了监测分析,结果表明,黄曲霉毒素B1不合格率为19.1%,黄曲霉毒素B_2、G_1、G_2也有一定比例的检出。建议相关部门加强对土榨油加工小作坊的监管,同时新闻媒体应加强对植物油知识的科学普及,正确引导人们消费。

摘 要：
Soil squeeze peanut oil was widely favored by consumers because of its " natural" and " ecological" characteristic.The aflatoxin of110 batches of commercially available soil squeeze peanut oil was monitored,the results showed that the fraction defective of aflatoxin B1was19.1%,aflatoxin B_2,G_1,G_2 also had checked out a certain proportion.So we suggested the relevant departments to strength the regulation of small workshops,at the same time,the news media should strengthen the science popularization of knowledge of vegetable oil,correctly guide consumption.
