螺旋式秸秆深施装置输送能力的测试与分析

摘  要:
为了提高螺旋式秸秆深施装置的输送能力,对影响其输出量的秸秆长度、秸秆含水率、输送管管径以及螺旋转速进行了试验研究。结果表明:秸秆长度、含水率、管径以及螺旋转速对输出量有极显著影响(p<0.01);随着秸秆长度增大,输出量减小;含水率为7%时输出量最大,而含水率为27%,47%时,输出量没有显著差异;管径较大的螺旋输送装置,输出量也较大;输出量随着螺旋转速的增大呈线性增加。

摘  要:
In order to increase the conveying capacity of spiral straw deep application device,relevant test and analysis for factors impacting its volumetric throughput are performed,which include straw length,moisture content of the straw, the diameter of screw tube and screw speed. Test results show that straw length,moisture content,screw tube and screw speed have a very significant effect on the volumetric throughput( p < 0. 01); As the straw length increases,volumetric throughput decreases; For moisture content is 7%,the volumetric throughput is biggest,the volumetric throughput of 27% and 47% moisture content have no significant difference; the bigger diameter of screw tube,the larger the volumetric throughput; volumetric throughput increases linearly with the screw speed increases.
