纺织用中性蛋白酶MYS11菌株发酵条件的优化

摘  要:
研究了一株产纺织用中性蛋白酶MYS11菌株的培养基组成。结果表明,该菌株的发酵最适条件为碳源3%玉米粉、氮源1%大豆蛋白粉、添加0.2%KH2PO4。通过正交试验优化了发酵条件,即培养基起始pH6.8、接种量6%、发酵时间54 h、发酵温度36℃。在最适条件下,MYS11菌株产酶活力达到1 884 U/mL,明显高于优化前水平。

摘  要:
The fermentation medium of a MYS11 strain producing neutral protease for the textiles were studied. The results showed that the optimal medium was consisted of the carbon source 3% corn powder, the nitrogen source 1% soyabean protein powder, and 0.2% KH2PO4. The fermentation conditions were optimized by the orthogonal experiment. The optimum culture were initial pH 6.8, inoculation volume 6%, the time 54 h and the temperature 36 ℃. Under the optimal conditions,the activity of neutral protease from MYS11 reached 1 884 U / mL, increased obviously than before the optimization.
