The tree seed and seedling is the basic material of afforestation and the premise of building a green Hunan Province.In order to speed up the process of the improved variety of tree seed and seedling in Hunan Province,a comprehensive discussion were measured in following: the major Contribution of tree seed and seedlings for forestry construction,strengthening the social service system of tree seed and seedling,push forward the lawenforcement inspection and supervision in whole process of tree seed and seedling.
