摘  要：
基于SAR卫星遥感技术,研发了海上溢油自动识别和预警业务化系统。系统基于SAR影像自适应阈值分割和分类器增强算法实现了油膜自动识别,并将溢油遥感识别与漂移预测预警有效结合,一方面提高了溢油监测效率和溢油识别准确率,另一方面同时提供溢油识别-预测-预警一体化信息,可为业务化监测系统的运行提供有利支撑。

摘  要：
Operational system of Satellite SAR oil spill automatic detection and early warning has been developed.The system realizes oil slick automatic identification based on adaptive threshold segmentation and enhancement algorithm of classifier.Also,satellite detection of oil spill and drift prediction alert have been combined and integrated.The system improves efficiency and accuracy of oil spill monitoring and provides integrative information of oil spill detection,prediction and alert,greatly supporting the operation of the system.
