排种性能检测传感器设计与试验

摘  要:
利用硅光电池、小灯泡以及凸透镜构造了一种用于检测精密排种器排种性能的传感器。基于硅光电池的短路电流与其受光面积成正比这一特性,根据种子在硅光电池上的遮光面积大小,传感器能准确检测出双粒种子同时下落的重播现象,也能准确检测精密排种器的各项排种性能参数。

摘  要:
A new type of sensor composed of a silicon-photocell, small bulbs and convex lens for precise detection of reseeding property of a seedmeter was developed. Based on the linear relationship between short current of the silicon-photocell and its area covered by light, a method for precise detection in reseeding detection of seedmeter was proposed. The experiments showed that the sensor could accurately detect reseeding and performance of a precision seedmeter.
