摘  要:
[目的]为进一步阐明小麦对化学污染物的耐性和适应机制奠定基础。[方法]以扬麦13为试材,通过双向电泳技术,对化学污染物(Cd2+、1,2,4-三氯苯)胁迫下小麦叶片所产生的诱导蛋白进行了分离。[结果]同对照相比,蛋白组分F3中出现了12个1,2,4-三氯苯胁迫诱导蛋白和10个Cd2+胁迫诱导蛋白,蛋白组分F4中除了F3组分中的Cd2+和1,2,4-三氯苯诱导的蛋白得到进一步证实外,还发现相当数量的蛋白质在Cd2+和1,2,4-三氯苯胁迫下其表达水平显著上调。[结论]Cd2+和1,2,4-三氯苯胁迫可诱导小麦叶片中相当数量的蛋白质表达。

摘  要:
[Objective] Hoagland nutrient solution was adopted to culture the seeds of Yangmai 13 until trefoil stage,then placed them in natural light and carried out 7 days of pollution treatment,meanwhile,established control group,at last soluble protein was extracted from blade to carry out dimensional electrophoresis.The study laid the foundation for further clarifying the patience and adaptation mechanism of wheat under chemical pollutant.[Method] Using Yangmai 13 as the experimental materials,and through two-dimensional electrophoresis,induced protein what generated from wheat leaves under chemical pollutant(Cd2+,TCB)stress was separated.[Result] Comparing with the control group,we found that there were 12 induced proteins under TCB stress and 10 induced proteins under Cd stress in protein fraction F3;in protein fraction F4,besides the protein what induced by Cd and TCB was confirmed,the expression levels of considerable amounts of proteins under Cd and TCB stress were significantly higher.[Conclusion] The expression of considerable amounts of proteins in wheat leaves can be induced by chemical pollutant(Cd2+,TCB)stress.
