番红花丛花青霉菌(Penicillium corymbiferum)的生物学特性

摘  要:
番红花丛花青霉菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发的适宜温度范围为15~25℃,最适PH值为6,分生孢子致死温度为50C℃10min。分生孢子在蒸馏水中不前发,1%寄主汁液和其它不同的营养液均有促进孢于萌发的作用。在供试6种药剂中以50%多菌灵和50%托布津有较好的抑菌作用。

摘  要:
The crocus blue mould rot disease is caused by Penicillium corymbderum. The optimum temperatures for the pathogen mycelium growth and spore germination range from 15~25℃,and the optimum pH is 6. The killing temperature is 50℃ for ten minutes. The spores could not germinate in water. The host juice and other nutritions can promote spore germination. Among 6 test fungicides,Bavistin and Topsin were more efficient than any oth-ers to inhibit the mycelium growth of Penicillum corymbderam under laboratory conditions.
