水杨酸对铅胁迫下潍县萝卜抗氧化酶活性的影响

摘  要:
[目的]为缓解Pb污染造成的毒害和农业生态环境保护提供一定的理论依据。[方法]以潍县萝卜为材料,探讨外源水杨酸(SA)对铅胁迫下潍县萝卜直根抗氧化酶活性的影响。[结果]外源SA处理可以增加铅胁迫下萝卜直根中SOD和CAT活性,降低POD活性,减少MDA积累,减轻铅引起的氧化胁迫程度。[结论]100μmol/L SA处理缓解铅引起的氧化胁迫效果最好。

摘  要:
[Objective] The research aimed to provide the theoretical basis for the remission of the harm caused by Pb contamination and the protection of agroecological environment.[Method] Weixian radish was tested by salicylic acids with different concentrations under Pb stress,and the effects of SA on antioxidant system of Weixian radish under Pb stress were studied.[Result] The exogenous SA could alleviate the oxidative stress caused by Pb stress through increasing the activity of SOD and CAT and reducing POD activity and MDA accumulation in its roots.[Conclusion] 100 μmol/L salicylic acid had the best relieving effect on the root of Weixian radish under Pb stress.
