白蔹挥发油包合工艺研究

摘  要:
目的:探索用β-CD对白蔹挥发油进行包合的超声法最佳工艺。方法:以包合物收率、挥发油利用率和包合物含油率的综合作用为指标,采用正交试验设计对超声包合工艺中的挥发油和β-CD的比例、超声温度和超声时间进行考察。结果:确定了最佳包合工艺条件为:挥发油与β-CD比为1:7(ml:g),在60℃下超声40min。优选工艺的包合物收率为72.13%,油利用率为53.26%,含油率为7.58%。结论:超声法制备白蔹挥发油β-CD包合物的工艺简单可行。

摘  要:
Objective: To explore the optimal clathration process of ultrasonic wave with β-cyclodextrin for Radix Ampelopsis volatile oil. Methods: The products of the oil,the oil-bearing rate and utilization oil were used as comprehensive evaluation indicators to select the technological process by orthogonal design,taking the ratio of the oil to β-cyclodextrin,ultrasonic temperature and time. Results: The optimal technological process of clathration was as follows: the ratio of the oil to β-cyclodextrin was 1: 7,ultrasonic temperature was 60℃ and ultrasonic time was 40 minutes. In this conditions,the products of the oil was 72. 13%,utilization oil was 53.26%,and the oil-bearing rate was 7. 58%. Conclusion: The clathration process of ultrasonic wave with β-cyclodextrin for Radix Ampelopsis volatile oil was simple and feasible.
