Student librarians and Readers Association play an increasingly important role in University Libraries.Based on introducing the working practice of Library of Zhongshan College of University of Electronic Science and Technology,three thoughts on University Library Post Education is put forward: the student librarian’ s reposition,the defining of the connotation of the educational function of the librarian’ s post of University library,the working mechanism to ensure that the educational function can be achieved.
