就目前上海市的农业行政执法工作现状及体制、机构等诸方面存在的问题,从理顺农业行政执法体制,健全农业行政执法机构,整合现有执法资源,开展综合执法等方面进行探讨。目的在于提高上海市农业行政执法水平,规范农资市场秩序,有效打击违法犯罪行为,切实保障人民身体健康和生命安全。

摘  要：
According to the present situation of agricultural administrative law enforcement and some problems of the administrative system in Shanghai, we made explorations in terms of rationalizing the system of agricultural administrative law enforcement, amplifying agricultural administrative law enforcement agencies, integrating the present resources of administrative law enforcement, carrying out comprehensive law enforcement, and so on, in order to improve the agricultural administrative law enforcement, normalize the market of farming materials, crack down illegal activities and protect people's health and lives.
