离蕊金花茶矿质元素测定分析

摘  要:
以离蕊金花茶为研究对象,对矿质元素Mn、Fe、Cu、Ca、Mg、K含量进行测定,比较离蕊金花茶与其他金花茶差异,并运用主成分分析方法建立质量评价体系模型,比较各种金花茶矿质元素质量。结果表明,各研究中金花茶矿质元素含量差异很大。离蕊金花茶各矿质元素含量较高。在离蕊金花茶花朵中所测的矿质元素含量中,K元素含量最高,分别为60.31g/kg和59.92g/kg,其次为Mg(10.38,10.54g/kg)、Ca(1.52,1.49 g/kg),Fe含量最低,分别为0.84g/kg和0.76g/kg。其余研究中,同样是K元素含量最高,Fe含量最低,但是中间含量元素顺序不一致。金花茶矿质元素质量评价指标之间相对独立又密切相关,Ca和Fe、K和Mg含量之间呈极显著正相关;Mn和Mg、Mn和K含量之间呈显著正相关;Mn和Fe、Cu和Ca,Fe和Cu、K、Mg,Cu和Ca、K、Mg,Ca和K、Mg间呈负相关,但不显著;未发现元素间呈现不显著正相关。离蕊金花茶矿质元素含量高,质量好,有很高的利用价值。研究结果为离蕊金花茶花茶开发利用提供依据和指导。

摘  要:
Mineral elements Mn,Fe,Cu,Ca,Mg,K of Camellia liberofilamenta were measured to compare with other camellias. And the quality evaluation system model was established by PCA to compare quality of mineral elements. The results showed that the mineral elements content difference is very big. Self-test mineral elements content of Camellia liberofilamenta was much higher. K was the highest,60. 31 g / kg and 59. 92 g / kg respectively,followed by Mg( 10. 38,10. 54 g / kg),Ca( 1. 52,1. 49 g / kg),and Fe content was the lowest,0. 84 g / Kg and0. 76 g / kg. In the study of other species,K was also the highest and Fe the lowest with a different order of other elements' content. Evaluation index were relatively independent and closely related. Ca and Fe,K and Mg content were very significant positive correlation; Mn and Mg,Mn and K content were unsignificantly positive correlation;Mn and Fe,Cu and Ca,Fe and Cu,K,Mg,Cu and Ca,Mg,K,Ca and K,Mg were negative correlation,but not significantly; non-significant positive correlation between elements were not found presented. Self-test Mineral elements of Camellia liberofilamenta was high with good quality and high value. The results provided a basis for the evaluation of mineral elements and development and utilization of Camellia liberofilamenta Chang et C. H. Yang.
