摘 要：
目的 探讨胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗室性早搏的临床疗效.方法 将 110 例室性早搏患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组接受胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗,对照组接受美托洛尔治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的总有效率、24 h动态心电图(Holter)室性期前收缩次数、左室射血分数(LVEF)、心室率(HR)、离散度(QTd)及药物不良反应.结果 与对照组比较,治疗后试验组总有效率(94.55%)高于对照组(81.82%)(P<0.05);24 h动态心电图观察到的室性期前收缩总数较用药前减少,但试验组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组左室射血分数均高于治疗前,但试验组高于对照组(P<0.05);心室率(HR)、离散度(QTd)较治疗前均降低,且试验组降低幅度更大(P<0.05);两组药物不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗室性早搏疗效确切,患者24h内发生室性早搏的数量明显减少,心功能及心悸、头晕、恶心等不适症状得到改善.

摘 要：
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of amiodarone combined with metoprolol in the treatment of premature ventricular contractions.Method A total of 110 patients with premature ventricular con-tractions were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.Patients in the experimental group were treated with amiodarone combined with metoprolol, while those in the control group were treated with metoprolol, the total effective rate, 24 h Holter monitor, left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),heart rate(HR),dispersion(QTd) and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate in the experimental group was 94.55%,which was higher than that in the control group(81.82%)(P<0.05),and the total number of ventricular premature beats observed in the 24 h Holter monitor was decreased, the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),but the heart rate(HR) and dispersion(QTd) in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Amiodarone combined with metoprolol is effective in the treatment of premature ventricular contractions, which can significantly reduce the number of premature ventricular contractions within 24 hours and improve cardiac function, palpitations, dizziness, nausea and other symptoms of discomfort disappear earlier.
