通过番茄杂种一代的辐射处理选出一个新突变型

摘  要:
‘北京早红’与‘满丝’的杂交一代用剂量 5万仑琴的 CO~(60)-γ射线辐射后,其后代发生了变异,从中选出了一个小果型的突变型番茄。辐射后的第三代有一株系‘北满五-16’发生剧烈突变,果形变异多样,有小梨形、李形、灯笼形、扁圆形等。我们从卵圆形株系中经五代选择后,选出了‘杂辐16号’株系,其性状为自封顶、果实卵圆形、色泽鲜红一致、小果型果重30克左右、早熟的突变型番茄。本变异的一个特点是杂种的某些隐性基因经适当剂量辐射后,其效能得到发挥,如基因“sp”、基因“u”、和基因“o”等。

摘  要:
A breeding program was carried out by crossing tomato cvs. 'Beijing -Early-Red' with 'Mansi' .The hybrids were treated with radiated Co60 μ -ray at fifty thousand R, and then took a pedigree selection from their hybrid generations for five progenies. A new mutant, small type fruit had been bred out as 'Za-fu 16' . It is considered to be of good canning quality. By means of a stepwise program to induce mutation for selection, the effect of some recessive genes was strengthened by breeding. There are some recessive genes such as "sp" , self-pruning in the sixth chro-mosome, "u" , uniform, not darker shoulder on the unripe fruit,in the tenth chromosome, and "o" , ovate fruit in the fourth chromosome, that do express their function in this mutation.
