永州市鸡蛔虫线粒体cox2基因序列测定与分析

摘  要:
该研究旨在阐明永州市鸡蛔虫各分离株线粒体细胞色素c氧化酶第II亚基(cox2)基因部分序列(pcox2)的遗传变异的情况.应用酶链聚合式反应(PCR)扩增鸡蛔虫的pcox2,采用clustalx1.81的程序对目的产物序列进行比对分析,结果表明:所获得的cox2(pcox2)序列完全相同,为450 bp(pcox2).由于目的产物序列pcox2基因种内的序列相对保守,种间差异比较大,故能作为种间遗传与变异研究的标记,为鸡蛔虫分类和鉴定及流行病学调查奠定基础.

摘  要:
To analyze the differences of the cytochrome coxidase subunit 2(pcox2)gene of Ascaridia galli strains from Yongzhou City,the partial cox2(pcox2)was amplified from each Ascaridia galli sample,cox2(pcox2)sequences were aligned using the clustalx 1.81.The lengths of all the pcox2 sequences were 450 bp(pcox2).There was no significant variation in pcox2 sequences within Ascaridia galli,while inter species difference was obvious,so pcox2 sequences could be used as genetic marker for population genetic studies of roundworms.The results of this study lay down the foundation for further study on molecular epidemiology and diagnostics of Ascaridia galli.
