节水产品的快速成形开发

摘  要:
随着我国节水灌溉事业的发展需求,开发适合于我国国情且具有自主知识产权的节水灌溉新产品迫在眉睫。快速成形技术在节水灌溉领域的应用,使得节水灌溉新产品的快速开发成为现实。介绍了激光快速成形技术原理,阐述了利用该技术进行喷微灌灌水器产品的开发制作过程及其特点,这些特点显示了利用激光快速成形技术进行节水产品开发的优越性。

摘  要:
With the development and requirement of water saving irrigation in China,it is very important to develop new water saving irrigation products,which is suitable to the situation of our own country and has own intellectual property.Application of RP technology in water saving irrigation field makes rapid development of new water saving irrigation products become true.The technical theory of laser RP technology was introduced,and the process and characteristics of using laser RP technology to develop micro sprinkler irrigation products were expatiated in this paper.These characteristics showed great advantage of using laser RP technology to develop new product.
