利用黑木耳菌糠栽培大球盖菇的技术研究

摘  要:
为了实现黑木耳菌糠的循环再利用,解决黑木耳产业带来的环境污染问题,以黑木耳菌糠为主要基质,发酵料栽培大球盖菇,并以常规配方作为对照进行对比研究。结果表明,该技术具有成本低、出菇早、产量高等特点,鲜菇产量达到6.98 kg·m~(-2),生物学效率52.3%;黑木耳菌糠还可以促进培养料发酵,提高料堆温度。该技术可以在黑木耳主产区进行试验示范及推广应用,对加快黑龙江省草腐菌产业发展具有重要意义。

摘  要:
In order to achieve the recycle of Auricularia heimuer residue and rolve the problem of environmental pollution caused by Auricularia heimuer industry, the Stropharia rugoso-annulata was cultivated by fermented material of A. heimuer residue for the main substrate, in contrast with the general formula. The results showed that the technology had good characteristics such as low costing, fruiting early, high yield and so on. The yield of fresh body was 6.98 kg·m~(-2), and the biotransformation reached 52.3%. The A. heimuer residue could also promote fermentation of the compost and improve the pile temperature. The technology can be used for test demonstration and promotion application in A. heimuer producing area, and it had important significance to speed up the industrial development of grass-rot fungi in Heilongjiang province.
