电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定污水中总磷

摘  要:
采用美国热电公司TraceScan型端视ICP AES光谱仪,对测定污水中总磷的最佳测试条件的选择进行了探讨,并用所选取的最佳测试条件进行测试。结果表明,本方法简便,可以直接上机进行测定;快速而准确,相对误差为0%~2.00%;精密度好,相对标准偏差为0.3%~4.2%(n=3);回收率在104.00%~118.00%之间,检出限0.015mg/L。

摘  要:
The optimal condition of testing total phosphorus amount of sewage was studied and the tests were carried out according to the selected optimal condition by means of Trace Scan type ICP-AES spectrograph made by ThermoElemental Company in the USA. The test results showed that this method of testing total phosphorus amount of sewage by means of ICP-AES technology is not only simple and convenient but also fast and accurate. Its relative error is between 0%~2.00%, and relative standard deviation is between 0.3%~4.2%(n=3). Its recovery rate is between 104.00%~118.00%. Its detection limit is 0.015mg/L.
