摘  要：
四川省金堂县作为综合行政执法体制改革试点县,在改革中取得了一定的成效,理顺了生猪屠宰管理体制,加强了执法力量,优化了人员结构,推动了执法办案工作开展,但在运行中也出现了一些问题。笔者结合实际提出了一些建议,以期为综合执法工作提供参考。

摘  要：
As a pilot county to implement the reform of agricultural comprehensive law enforcement system,Xintang has achieved some good results. These achievements included streamlining the system of pig slaughtering,strengthening law enforcement, optimizing the composition of personnel resource,promoting the development of law enforcement and handling cases,and so on. Meanwhile,some problems have been encountered inevitably in the process and suggestions on how to solve these problems were put forward so as to provide reference.
