N-硝基-2,4,6-三硝基苯基脲衍生物的合成及除草活性

摘  要:
2,4-二硝基苯胺与乙酰硝酸酯反应生成N-硝基-2,4,6-三硝基苯胺,N-硝基-2,4,6-三硝基苯胺与固体光气在甲苯中反应,生成酰氯中间体,酰氯中间体再与取代苯胺反应得到7种含N-硝基的不对称脲类化合物,产物经IR、1HNMR、质谱、元素分析表征。初步测试结果表明,当质量浓度为500mg/L时,化合物具有良好的抑制苋菜与稗草活性,部分化合物对苋菜的死亡率达到100%。

摘  要:
N-Nitro-2,4,6-trinitroaniline was produced by treating 2,4-dinitroaniline with acetyl nitrate. Then it was converted to carbamoyl chloride by treating it with bis(trichloromethyl)carbonate in toluene. Treatment of the acid chloride with substituted anilines gave 7 novel N-nitro-2,4,6-trinitrophenyl urea derivatives. Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR, IR, MS and elemental analysis. Preliminary biological test results showed that some of these target compounds had good herbicidal activities against Portulaca olercea and Echinochloa crus-galli, and some compounds cause 100% death to Portulaca olercea at the concentration of 500 mg/L.
