弗莱维赫牛冻精改良低产荷斯坦牛效果研究

摘  要：
为了进一步研究弗莱维赫牛改良低产荷斯坦牛的效果,对40头5岁的低产荷斯坦奶牛选用进口弗莱维赫牛冻精进行人工授精,观察与配母牛的繁殖性能和其后代的生长发育情况。结果表明:母牛受胎率、产犊率和犊牛成活率分别为90%、88.88%和93.75%,与对照组相比,受胎率显著提高(P<0.05),产犊率和犊牛成活率差异不显著(P>0.05);后代健康状况良好,各阶段体重和体尺与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.01)。

摘  要：
To further investigate the amelioration effect of Holstein cattle with low production by Fleckvieh cattle,artificial insemination with imported Fleckvieh cattle frozen semen was carried out on 40 head of 5-year- old Holstein cattle and the reproductive performance of experimental subjects and the growth and development of the offspring were observed. The results showed that the pregnancy rate of cow calves,calving rate and survival rate were 90%,88.88% and 93.75%. Compared with control groups,conception rate increased significantly(P < 0.05),calving rate and calf survival rate had no significant difference(P > 0.05);the offspring are in good health,and the weight and body size had significant difference compared with the control group(P < 0.01).
