研究了河南省在经济体制转轨的背景下实施可持续发展过程中面临的人口、资源和环境等问题,分析了阻碍可持续发展的因素,研究了解决问题的途径,明确了可持续发展的核心是人,可持续发展是经济与环境相协调的发展,以期能够为河南省的发展提供借鉴。

摘  要：
The problems of population,resources and environment faced in sustainable development which was under the background of economic system transition in He'nan Province were studied,the factors of hindering the sustainable development were analyzed,and the approaches to solve the problems were put forward.It was defined that human beings were the core of sustainable development that was the economy and environment coordinative development,which provided reference for the development of He'nan.
