不同激素处理对乌拉尔甘草愈伤组织中甘草酸含量的影响

摘  要:
为获得乌拉尔甘草愈伤组织中甘草酸生产的最佳配方。现利用随机区组设计和高效液相色谱法分析测定愈伤组织中甘草酸的含量。结果表明:细胞分裂素与生长素搭配使用有利于甘草酸的积累,特别是生长素IAA与BA组合有利于甘草酸形成,单独使用激素BA不利于甘草酸含量积累;适宜甘草愈伤组织中甘草酸形成的培养基配方为MS+BA 0.5 mg/L+IAA0.5 mg/L+蔗糖20 g/L,甘草酸产量平均最高为120 mg/g;适宜的外植体为根状茎。

摘  要:
Get the best prescription that the acid of licorice was produced in the licorice callus.Methods using randomized blocks design and high-performance liquid chromatography to analysis and determine the glycyrrhiza acid content in the callus.Using cytokinin and auxin was conducive to the accumulation of glycyrrhizic acid,In particular,auxin IAA and BA of combination in favor of the formation glycyrrhizic acid,Is not conducive to the use of a single cytokinin accumulation glycyrrhizic acid.In the complex combination of five kinds of hormones,the suitable producing glycyrrhizic acid in the callus medium formula was MS+BA 0.5 mg/L+IAA 0.5 mg/L+sugar 20 g/L.The output of glycyrrhizic acid under this condition was 120 mg/g.The root was taken as optimal tip explant.
