合成氨装置冷冻气氨热能综合利用节能浅析与实践

摘  要:
云南云天化红磷化工有限公司8万t/a合成氨装置冷冻工序时常出现气氨温度、压力高等情况,而化肥装置氨蒸发器在运行过程中又频繁出现泄漏等,影响装置稳定生产.通过计算分析,实施了合成氨装置冷冻气氨热能综合利用节能技改,将合成氨装置冷冻气氨直接引到化肥装置,取消化肥装置氨蒸发器.技改实施后,以上问题得到解决,同时产生了较好的经济效益.

摘  要:
The existing problems including high tempreature of gas ammonia and high pressure in freezing process of 80 kt/a ammonia plant in Yunnan Yuntianhua Red Phosphorus Chemical Co.,Ltd.,the frequent leakage of ammonia evaporator in chemical fertilizer plant affect the stable production of the plant. Through computational analysis,the energy conservation of heat energy comprehensive utilization in synthetic ammonia plant is carried out. The freezing gas ammonia is directly delivered to fertilizer plant, the ammonia evaporator is cancelled. After the implementation of technical reform, the existing problems are solved and the economic benefit is obtained.
