空气暴露对松浦镜血清生理指标的影响

摘  要：
为研究空气暴露对松浦镜鲤的影响,气温21℃时,将体质量约600 g的鱼,分别于空气中暴露15,30,50,60,77 min后,尾静脉取血测定血清血糖GLU、超氧化物歧化酶SOD、丙二醛MDA、甘油三酯TG、总蛋白TP、白蛋白ALB、溶菌酶活性LZM、皮质醇COR。结果显示:松浦镜鲤对空气暴露应激表现出较强的抗逆性,77 min空气暴露后松浦镜鲤成活率为100%,各实验组血清COR、GLU和ALB有显著性差异(P<0.05),SOD、MDA、LZM和TG总体无显著性差异(P>0.05),50 min是重要的时间节点,超过50 min的空气暴露可能对机体造成损伤。

摘  要：
In order to study the physiological response to aerial exposure of Songpu mirror carp( Cyprinus carpio Songpu mirror),the fish weighing about 600 g were exposed to air for 15,30,50,60,and 77 min at air temperature 21 ℃,then blood was taken from the caudal vein,some physiological indexes were measured including serum cortisol( COR),glucose( GLU),albumin( ALB),superoxide dismutase( SOD),malondialdehyde( MDA),lysozyme activity( LZM) and triglyceride( TG).The results were as follows: after the aerial exposure,the survival rates of all the groups were 100%; when exposed to air,Songpu mirror carp had strong stress resistance; the COR,GLU,and ALB were significant different( P <0.05),there was overall no significant difference in SOD,MDA,LZM and TG( P> 0.05); longer than 50 min air exposure might cause damage to fish body.
