氟硅酸中碘回收的还原吸收实验研究

摘  要:
将氟硅酸中的碘氧化后采用热空气吹出,再用含SO_2吸收液还原吸收热空气中的碘。考察还原吸收碘的工艺条件对碘吸收率的影响。实验得出碘的最佳吸收工艺条件为:每升含碘热空气SO_2用量为3.5~4.5 mL,吸收液pH 4~7,吸收液喷淋密度12 m~3/(m~2·h),温度30~40℃,吸收时间为8 min;最佳工艺条件下碘吸收率达到80%以上。

摘  要:
The iodine from fluosilicic acid is absorbed by absorbing liquid containing SO_2 after oxidation and airblowing. The effects of absorption process conditions on iodine absorption rate are studied. Through the analysisof the experimental results, it is concluded that the optimum absorption conditions of iodine are as follows: thedosage of SO_2 is 3.5-4.5 mL per litre hot air containing iodine, the pH value of absorbing liquid is about 4-7,the spray density of absorbing liquid is 12 m~3/(m~2· h),the temperature is about 30-40 ℃,the absorptiontime is 8 min;With these optimum conditions the iodine absorption rate can reach to more than 80%.
