北方自然冷资源利用现状及展望

摘  要：
介绍了我国北方自然冷资源的应用现状及发展趋势;重点阐述了冰蓄冷空调技术的应用及其发展;指出了冰蓄冷空调技术在城市用电负荷高速增长的今天,配合国家电力部门的电价优惠政策,对于缓解高峰期用电压力具有显著的效果;同时,提出了一些新的设想—研制自然冷能空调系统,既可以降低能耗,又可以改善环境,达到真正的"绿色空调"。

摘  要：
This paper expatiate emphases the usage and development in ice storage energy in air-condition. Point out that with the high speed increasing of electricity in city today, add to the favor policy in national department of electric power, this technology can notably alleviate the burden of electro-in flood tide. In the end , bring forward some new assumes base on the character of climate in north area: developing natural cold energy air-condition system, can not only reduce energy consume ,but also protect environment, this is a actually "green air-condition".
