我国果蔬烘干装备技术的发展现状与对策

摘  要:
我国果蔬产品装备烘干过程的品质调控存在技术难点,影响果蔬烘干装备技术的快速发展。为此,分析了我国果蔬烘干装备技术发展的重要性,探讨了其果蔬烘干装备的发展现状以及存在的主要问题,提出了发展对策,旨在促进我国高效、高品质果蔬烘干装备技术的自主创新发展,提升果蔬生产资源应用潜力。

摘  要:
Technical difficulties of the quality regulating in drying process of fruit and vegetable affect the rapid development of its drying equipment and technology.This paper analyzed the importance of equipment and technology development for fruit and vegetable drying in China,investigated its development status and the main problems and proposed some strategy,in order to promote independent innovation and development of high-performance and high-quality equipment and technology for fruit and vegetable drying in China,and improve the application potential of fruit and vegetable production resources.
