面向绿色设计的产品优化配置方法

摘  要:
以优化可配置产品的绿色性能为目标,在产品族功能结构映射的基础上,将环境性能纳入产品配置设计的考虑范畴,给出了一种面向绿色设计的产品优化配置方法。从拆卸性能、回收性能、使用寿命以及环境影响4个方面对产品族内部结构单元的绿色性能进行量化分析。在对量化结果进行规范化处理的基础上,以可配置产品的绿色性能最优为目标,建立了优化数学模型,并给出了相应的求解算法。以某立式铣床主轴箱的配置设计为例,对该方法进行了验证。

摘  要:
Targeting on optimizing green performance of configurable product,taking environment performance into consideration of product configuration design,a green design oriented product optimizing configuration method was given based on product family function-structure mapping.The quantified analysis was given to green performance of product family inner structure unit from four aspects: disassembly performance,recycle performance,lifespan and environmental influence.On the foundation of standardizing quantified results,targeting on the optimized green performance of configurable product,an optimized mathematic model was established and the corresponding algorithm was given.Finally,the configuration and design of spindle box of a vertical milling machine was exemplified to validate the method.
