摘  要：
从农村的生产方式、农民素质、技术研发和服务体系三方面分析低碳农业经济存在问题,论述传统农业经济发展方式与循环农业经济之间的差距,并提出农业废弃物的再利用与资源化、农业循环型产业链等循环农业方式,促进农业经济健康发展,提升农业经济的整体发展质量。

摘  要：
This paper analyses the existing problems from rural production mode, peasant quality, technical research and development and service system, and discussed the gap of economy development modes of traditional agricultural and circular agriculture, and put forward that circular agriculture modes of reuse and resource of agricultural wastes and agricultural recycling-based industry chain. It promoted the healthy development and the whole development quality of agriculture economy.
