南方林区森林保险区域差异分析——基于福建、江西、浙江、湖南四省调查数据

摘  要：
森林保险是政府扶持林业产业的政策性工具,目前仍处于试点阶段,且试点地区多分布在南方林区,各试点省份的自然地理环境、人文社会环境和经济发展状况各具特色,森林保险试点效果也不一样。文章基于福建、江西、浙江、湖南四省林户的调查数据,比较调研省份的森林保险实施情况。运用Kruskal—Wallis H检验和列联分析等统计方法,探索各省森林保险存在的差异。

摘  要：
Forest insurance is the policy tool that the government uses to support the forestry industry. It is still in the pilot phase, and most pilot areas are in the southern forest region. As the natural geographical environment、cultural social environment and economic development are varied from each other, the pilot effects are different. This paper which is based on the survey data of forest farmers of Fujian province, Jiangxi province, Zhejiang province and Hunan province makes a comparison about the four provinces' implementation of forest insurance, and explores the differences existing in the four provinces' forest insurance through Kruskal—Wallis H test and contingency table.
