马铃薯糖苷生物碱研究进展

摘  要:
马铃薯糖苷生物碱是马铃薯的糖苷类次级代谢产物,其主要成分为α-茄碱和α-查茄碱,占总糖苷生物碱的90%以上。马铃薯糖苷生物碱具有阻止昆虫取食、抑制微生物和协同进化等重要作用。本研究从马铃薯糖苷生物碱种类、分布、积累的影响因素、提取和检测等方面进行综述,进一步总结了马铃薯糖苷生物碱的生物活性,并分析了研究马铃薯糖苷生物碱存在的问题。

摘  要:
Glycoalkaloids were the secondary metabolites of aminoglucosides of potatoes. The main components of glycoalkaloids were α-solanine and α-chaconine accounted for more than 90% of total glycoalkaloids.Glycoalkaloids had important effects in preventing insects feeding, inhibiting microorganisms and coevolution.The study reviewed the kinds, distribution, accumulation influencing factors, extraction and detection of glycoalkaloids of potatoes, and further summarized the bioactivity of glycoalkaloids, analyzed the problems in researching glycoalkaloids.
