纳豆芽孢菌剂对放养初期黑天鹅血液中IL-10和APRIL含量的影响

摘  要:
通过检测试验前后黑天鹅血清中白介素-10(IL-10)和增殖诱导配体(APRIL)含量,探讨纳豆芽孢菌剂对放养初期黑天鹅血液中细胞因子的影响。选取放养初期露天圈养的黑天鹅16只,随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组正常饲养,试验组在基础日粮中添加10%纳豆芽孢菌剂。记录体重和采食量变化,测定多个时间点血清中IL-10和APRIL含量。对照组黑天鹅体重和采食量均增加,试验前后血清中IL-10没有显著变化,APRIL先增高后下降;试验组黑天鹅体重增加,采食量下降,血清中IL-10降低,APRIL增高。表明黑天鹅在放养初期饲喂纳豆芽孢菌剂,能够增强动物体质,抑制IL-10分泌,促进APRIL分泌,主动提高免疫能力,减少病原入侵机体的机会,增强放养初期的黑天鹅抗病能力。

摘  要:
By detecting the levels of IL-10 and APRIL in the serum of Black Swans,the effect of soybean sprout inoculum on the cytokines in the blood of Black Swans at early stage was studied. Black Swans in the early stage of rearing were randomly divided into two groups: control group and experimental group. The control group was normal feeding,and the experimental group added 10% Bacillus Natto inoculum in the basal diet. The changes of body weight and feed intake were recorded,and the contents of IL-10 and APRIL in serum were determined at different time points. The control group of Black Swans,body weight and feed intake were increased,serum IL-10 did not change significantly,and APRIL was increased first and then decreased. In the experimental group Black Swans,weight gain,feed intake,and serum IL-10 were decreased,but APRIL was increased. In the early stage of the Black Swans feeding,the soybean sprouts spore bacteria can enhance the animal's physique,regulate the cytokine,and improve the ability of the animals to resist the invasion of pathogens.
