丽江民宿的空间分布特征及影响因素

摘  要：
以丽江市民宿的空间分布作为研究对象,运用最邻近指数、标准差椭圆、地理探测器等方法,研究丽江市民宿的分布类型、集中程度、均衡程度和格局变化,分析其影响因素。结果表明:丽江民宿分布不均衡,地区差异大,集中程度高,呈典型凝聚型空间分布;2017—2019年间空间分布集聚程度呈现出缓慢下降的趋势,形成逐渐向西南方向发展的空间特征。丽江民宿空间分布特征受多种因素制约,其中旅游资源禀赋是影响丽江民宿空间分布的关键性因素。

摘  要：
This paper studied the spatial distribution of Lijiang homestay inns. Using the nearest neighbor index, standard deviation ellipse, geographic detector, and other methods, the distribution type, concentration, balance, and pattern changes of Lijiang′s homestay inns were revealed, and the influencing factors were analyzed. The results show that the distribution of homestay inns in Lijiang is unbalanced, with large regional differences and high concentration degrees, a typical condensed spatial distribution. From 2017 to 2019, the degree of spatial distribution concentration showed a slightly decreasing trend, forming a spatial feature of gradually developing to the southwest. The spatial distribution characteristics of Lijiang homestay inns are restricted by many factors, among which the endowment of tourism resources is a key.
