摘  要:
[目的]观察香椿籽[Fruit of Toonasinensis(A.Juss.)Roem.]总多酚对心肌缺血再灌注大鼠心电图和血流动力学的影响。[方法]50只SD大鼠随机分成假手术组、模型组及香椿籽总多酚低剂量(XD)组、中剂量(XZ)组和高剂量(XG)处理组。采用左冠状动脉前降支结扎30min再灌的方法复制大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型,监测心电图变化。记录冠脉结扎前、结扎后30min和再灌注30、60、90min心电图。再灌注结束时进行左心室插管,检测血流动力学指标左心室收缩压(LVSP)、左心室舒张末期压力(LVDEP)、左心室内压最大上升速率(+dp/dtmax)、左心室内压最大下降速率(-dp/dtmax)和心率(HR)。[结果]与模型组相比,香椿籽总多酚处理组能有效降低心肌缺血再灌注大鼠心电图J点抬高的程度,减轻LVSP、LVDEP、±dp/dtmax和HR的损伤性变化。[结论]香椿籽总多酚能够改善心肌缺血再灌注时大鼠的心电图和血流动力学变化,对其产生一定的保护作用。

摘  要:
[Objective]The research aimed to investigate the effects of total polyphenols extracted from Toona sinensis seeds on the cardiogram and hemodynamics of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion rats.[Method]50 SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups.Rats in sham opera-tion group and model group were administrated with 5 ‰ sodium carboxymethyl cellulose,while other rats with different dosage of total polyphenols extracted from Toona sinensis seeds .Myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury in rats was induced by legating the left coronary artery (LAD) 30 min followed by a 120 min reperfusion in anesthetized rats.ECG before legating LAD,after legating LAD 30min,after establishing reperfusion 30,60 and 90 min was recorded.In the end,LVSP,LVDEP,±dp/dtmax and HR were detected.[Result]Compared with the rats in model group,after administrating with polyphenols extracted from Toona sinensis seeds,the height of J point was descended,and the injury change of LVSP,LVDEP,±dp/dtmax and HR were relieved.[Conclusion] Total polyphenols extracted from Toona sinensis seeds played a protective role in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion induced injury .
