摘  要:
以东方红1302R拖拉机液压机械无级变速器为对象,建立了其速比与变量泵和定量马达排量比、液压功率分流比、传动效率的关系式,给出各段(挡)工况下的功率流向,分析循环功率存在条件及其对变速机构输出的影响。结果表明:行星排特性参数k是影响液压机械无级变速器特性的主要设计参数,其值应在0.3

摘  要:
To study the characteristics of hydro-mechanical continuous variable transmission device,based on the hydro-mechanical continuous variable transmission(HMCVT) of a Dongfanghong 1302R tractor,the relation formulas of the speed ratio of HMCVT with displacement ratio of variable hydraulic pump(PV) and fixed hydraulic motor(MF),the hydraulic power distributing ratio and transmission efficiency were established.The power flow direction of each range(gear) was presented.The existing conditions of circulation power and its influence on mechanism output were analyzed.The analytical results showed that the characteristic parameter of planetary gear train k was the main design parameter that influenced the characteristics of HMCVT and its preference values located between 0.3 and 4.2;the setting principle of displacement ratio of PV and MF was that hydraulic power distributing ratio should be reduced as far as possible to ensure that HMCVT had a continuously variable speed ratio;in usual speed ranges of tractor,the absolute value of hydraulic power distributing ratio should be less than 0.2,which was beneficial to increase transmission efficiency;the existence of circulation power made transmission efficiency decrease,so the circulation power should be avoided;HMVCT had the characteristics of stepless-speed-regulation and high efficiency.The HMCVT device can meet the work requirements.
