摘要：

There is a large area of natural secondary forest in Heilongjiang Province. The management approach of planting conifers and conser- vating deciduous trees has been designed by the authors in every pos-sible way for ages. Some demonstrations are expounded as follows:1. Phylocoenogenesis and floristic elements of the mixed wood of korean pine and deciduous trees;2. Convergence and divergence of vegetation in eastern mountain area of Heilongjiang Province;3. Succession of forest and climatic climax;4. Disturbance and steady state;5.K-strategy and r-strategy.For twenty years, a dynamic management system has been used by the authors in Maoer Mountains. Certainly, the use of this system has a bright future.
